Wireless Headset FAQ

How do I get my headset?
Upon entering the rooftop, you'll be directed towards the rack of headsets.  Please use the provided hand sanitizer, pick up your headset, and then head to your designated spot for class.

How do I turn them on?
Press the "ON/OFF" switch on your headset to power them on. The red light indicates that they are
​powered on.

How do I put them on?
Look for the "R" and "L" labels on each side of the headset to place them on your head.  ​

How do I adjust them to fit my head?
To adjust the headphones for a looser/ tighter fit, pull on the adjustable potion of the headset.

How do I adjust my volume?
There is a volume adjust knob on each headset.

How do I change the channel they're on?
There are 3 channels on each headset. Ensure yours is set to "CH1".

What if they stop working?
First ensure that your headset is on, set to "CH1", and the volume is up. If you're still not hearing music, just raise your hand in class, and one of your instructors will switch out your headset.

How are they cleaned?
After each class, participants leave behind their sets for cleaning. and8 staff then sanitizes each headset with an 80% alcohol sanitizing solution. When setting up for the next class, we also Clorox wipe each set, just as an added safety measure.
