Taught by twin sisters Danielle and Dominique Gillyard, and8 Fitness is a dance-based cardio workout designed to get your heart pumping and your whole body moving.
From this 45-minute class, you’ll get fun, sweat drenching moves, wild energy, and a power playlist of hip hop, (t)rap and a dash of Top 40 hits - think Megan, Normani, Lizzo, Kendrick and more. Each session also incorporates an abs-targeted strength section. This isn’t your mom’s aerobics class (but she can catch a twerk as well)!
While and8 is designed to give you an intense, full body workout, it’s also a celebration of our bodies and what they can do. So join the party, and get your best workout in 5, 6, 7 and8.
